NSU's Alvin Sherman Library will host a free Argentinean film series dedicated to the Dominican Republic. Films will be shown in the Don Taft University Center Performance Theater.

The films are:

•Flor De Azucar - Sunday, September 3, 2:00 pm
History of the Dominican countryside based on a story by Juan Bosch, during the time of Trujillo. English subtitles.

•Voces De La Calle - Sunday, September 10, 2:00 pm
History of 3 friends and their desire to succeed in urban music. English subtitles.

•La Familia Reyna - Sunday, September 17, 2:00 pm
Story about the prodigal son and the Dominican family. No English subtitles.

•Lifting De Corazon - Sunday, September 24, 2:00 pm
Comedy about love, infidelity and family. No English subittles.
Free and open to the public. Limited Seating
