Please see the list of activities below that will draw significant traffic to exhabit hall: On Thursday Dec. 7th, breakfast will be served in the exhabit hall from 7:00 AM to 8:15 AM On Thursday Dec. 7th, from 10:15 AM to 11:30 AM there will be no seesion, except poster session. The psoter session will be held in the exhabit hall. During this same period coffee break will also be held in the exhabit hall. On Thursday Dec. 7th, lunch will be served in the exhabit hall from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM Lunch will be cash bar. On Thursday Dec. 7th, coffee break will be in the exhabit hall from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM On Thursday Dec. 7th, all attendees will be invited to attend the reception and music entertainment from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in the exhabit hall. On Friday Dec. 8th, breakfast will be served in the exhabit hall from 7:00 AM to 8:15 AM On Friday Dec. 8th, coffee break will be held in the exhabit hall from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM On Friday Dec. 8th, cash bar lunch will be served in the exhabit hall from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM On Friday Dec. 8th, coffee break will be held in the exhabit hall from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM  What are the moving in/out dates and times? Move in : Wednesday, Dec. 6th 12:00 PM 6:00 PM Move out : Friday, Dec. 8th 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM Freight re-route time: Friday, Dec. 8th 4:30 PM What is included in my booth reservation? The following items are included in your registration:  - 8' high backwall drape - 3' high sidewall drape - 7" x 44" cardstock identification sign - Facility is carpeted - Two complementary registrations to the conference portion of the event and any workshop, priced at $1,100. Are there any sponsorship opportunities? Yes, there are a number of sponsorship opportunities to better showcase your products and services. No refund requests will be honored after November 17th, 2017. All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Ms. Saremi at msare001@fiu.edu. If you do not cancel, and are not able to attend the conference, you will be responsible for your full exhibition booth fees. All refunds are subject to 20% administrative processing fee.
